I offer a number of services from 1-2-1 bespoke nutritional programmes for long-lasting change to short online programmes that help you adopt several changes over a few weeks.

In my 1-2-1 consultations, we work together for 10 to 12 weeks. You discuss with me your concerns after completing a detailed nutrition questionnaire and food diary, and I provide you with personalised nutrition plans over the programme.

My online programmes are short and sweet! Some last 5 days, others 4 weeks. 

You join a private Facebook group, and all participants do the challenge together. You have access to me and a Facebook group, an experience that is enjoyable and motivational.

Female Presenter

My talks cover a wide range of topics from stress to female health. 


A short talk focused on 5 to 8 tips is sometimes all the time you have. Wouldn't it be a bonus if you could learn a little about your body and how certain foods can improve stress levels, gut complaints, and your overall health? My talks are all about adopting easy food choices.
