About Me

Kuldip Kaur Headshot.jpg

My name is Kuldip Kaur and I'm a registered nutritional therapist, and anthropological researcher. After spending several years living and working in Latin America, I decided to pursue my passion in nutrition. My focus now is on women, mainly because conventional medicine doesn’t always give us the attention we need.

My previous work involved working with different cultures, especially women. This allows me to offer you, my clients, the best solutions, as my approach, based on research and analysis, is a fusion of evidence-based nutritional expertise and skills developed from my experiences as an anthropologist. Listening, being culturally sensitive, appreciating context and respecting differences is an important part of my nutritional therapy.

I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, and have a PhD in social anthropology from Goldsmiths, University of London.

About You

My clients are women who seek nutritional support for weight loss, gut health, female health and/or for symptoms related to the peri/menopause. My 10-12 week programmes are bespoke. Built into them is the principle that we each are different, requiring personalised approaches. Oftentimes, you come to see me for certain symptoms, unaware of their cause or triggers, as well as other underlying stressors. Other times, your concerns expose other symptoms.

My work with you is to look into what’s upsetting your body’s balance, help you to understand how your body functions, support you through diet changes, and finally help you nurture your body’s specific needs, so that the changes you implement are sustainable.
