My one-to-one programmes last between 10 to12 weeks, built around five appointments, and four nutrition plans. After an initial 1.5 hours face-to-face or online consultation - where we discuss your concerns, their causes, triggers, and drivers, and how best I can help you - I provide bespoke nutrition plans that start your journey to feeling great again.

The programme considers your circumstances, availability and time to cook, food likes and dislikes, and compliance. I want you to develop a healthy love for food. Change can be hard, and it requires commitment, but we might also fall off the wagon but on this programme, there's no judgement or moralising. We work together tweaking previous plans and interventions, all the while working on feasibility and sustainability.
